本文基于现有专利相关数据、电力新能源产业领域多年来的业务沉淀及数据积累,结合目前业务现状及需求,建设评估指标的梳理及评估模型。根据当前产业发展实际情况,构建科学的评估指标模型,并在此基础上建设电力新能源产业专利价值评估模型,为业务的指导、管理决策等提供有效、科学的支撑,使电力新能源产业专利管理、服务更加科学化、精确化、高效化、质量化。

Based on the existing patent related data,the business precipitation and data accumulation in the field of new power energy industry for many years,combined with the current business status and needs,this paper sorts out the evaluation indicators and builds the evaluation model.According to the actual situation of the current industrial development,a scientific evaluation index model is constructed,and on this basis,a patent value evaluation model for the new power energy industry is constructed.It provides effective and scientific support for business guidance,management decisionmaking,etc.,and makes patent management and service of power new energy industry more scientific,accurate,efficient and high-quality.
