摘要
某钢厂热轧层流冷却辊道电机额定电压620 V,采用变频控制,逆变器采用PWM调制驱动,电机与逆变器间电缆长度超过200 m,因频繁出现电机绕组绝缘击穿的故障,对轧线生产造成负面影响。针对变频器长电缆传输的工况,通过采集电机端电压波形,分析了绕组提前损坏的原因,提出了改进措施,在供电回路中投用出线电抗器,线圈损坏问题明显改善,电机下线数量明显下降,为生产节奏、产品质量及成本提供了有力保障。
The rated voltage of the hot rolling run out roller table motor in a steel plant is 620 V,which is controlled by frequency transformer.The inverter is driven by PWM modulation.The length of the cable between the motor and the inverter exceeds 200 meters,because of the insulation breakdown of the motor winding occurs frequently,which has a negative impact on the production of the rolling line.According to the working condition of long cable transmission,the reason of winding damage in advance is analyzed by collecting the terminal voltage waveform of the motor.The improvement measures were put forward.The outgoing reactor was put into the power supply circuit,the coil damage problem was significantly improved,and the number of motor off-line was significantly reduced,providing a strong guarantee for the production rhythm,product quality and cost.
