大型板式热交换器传热板片结构特征对传热性能及流动阻力性能的影响

The Influence of Heat Transfer Plate Structure Characteristics on Heat Transfer Performance and Flow Resistance Performance of Large Plate Heat Exchangers

摘要 本文研究了板式热交换器4种板片结构设计参数。使用三维扫描仪测绘传热板片主换热区波纹截面形状,得到精确的三维数字模型。使用Fluent有限元分析软件进行数值模拟分析,得到波纹夹角、波纹深度、节距等结构特征传热板片传热性能及流动阻力性能的影响,并进一步分析波纹截面形状及传热板片成型对传热板片传热性能及流动阻力性能的影响,模拟结果表明:随着波纹截面夹角的增大,流动阻力性能明显下降,传热性能下降但变化较小;当波峰形状由圆角光滑过渡变为平台时,流动阻力性能明显提高,传热性能提高但变化较小,本文结论可以为板式热交换器设计参数优化提供参考。 In this paper,four kinds of plate structure design parameters of plate heat exchanger are studied.The accurate three-dimensional digital model is obtained by measuring and mapping the corrugated section shape of the main heat transfer zone of the heat transfer plate with a three-dimensional scanner.The influence of structural characteristics such as ripple angle,ripple depth and pitch on the heat transfer performance and flow resistance performance of heat transfer plates was obtained by numerical simulation analysis using Fluent finite element analysis software.The influence of corrugated section shape and heat transfer sheet forming on heat transfer performance and flow resistance performance of heat transfer sheet is further analyzed.The simulation results show that with the increase of the included angle of the corrugated section,the flow resistance performance decreases significantly,and the heat transfer performance decreases,but the change is small;When the wave crest shape changes from round corner to platform,the flow resistance performance is significantly improved,and the heat transfer performance is improved but the change is small.The conclusions in this paper can provide reference for the optimization of design parameters of plate heat exchanger.
