脱硫系统圆盘脱水机的应用分析

黔北电厂脱硫4套真空皮带脱水机及真空泵使用年限已达11年,设备性能下降严重,且脱水机机架及真空泵泵体腐蚀损坏严重,导致脱水系统故障频繁,增加了检修维护量和维护费用,严重消耗了检修人力资源,降低了设备运行的可靠性。同时,真空皮带脱水机系统的电机总功率大、密封和冲洗水量大、运行费用成本高。而现有一种成熟的圆盘式脱水机能够降低运行成本2/3以上。

The service life of four sets of vacuum belt dehydrators and vacuum pumps for desulfurization in Qianbei Power Plant has reached 11 years,and the equipment performance has been seriously degraded,and the frame of dehydrator and the pump body of vacuum pump have been seriously damaged by corrosion,which has caused frequent failures of dehydration system,increased maintenance amount and maintenance cost,seriously consumed maintenance human resources and reduced the reliability of equipment operation.In addition,the vacuum belt dehydrator system has large motor power,large sealing and flushing water volume and high operating cost.The existing mature disc dehydrator can reduce the operating cost by more than 2/3.
