基于负载转矩滑模观测的永磁同步电机滑模控制的研究

摘要 负载转矩是指电动机所驱动的载荷所需的扭矩,在电磁计算中,因情况变化而发生变化。控制负载转矩,可以克服传统滑动模式控制器的抖动、响应速度缓慢、抗干扰性能差等缺点。同时,采用一种新的趋近律和观测器来实现滑动模式的速度控制。通过永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)的建模,深入研究了其理论基础,并深入探讨了其成因及抑制措施。提出了一种具有速度偏差和开关功能的趋近律,通过离散和数学推导,得到了该结构的开关频宽和逼近时间,并在此基础上推导出其在趋近性中的参数选取区间,以这种结构为基础,采用了一种新的趋近性控制方法,控制其滑模转速。 Load torque refers to the torque required by the load driven by the motor.In electromagnetic calculation,it changes due to the change of the situation.The control of load torque can overcome the disadvantages of traditional sliding mode controller such as jitter,slow response speed and poor anti-interference performance.At the same time,a new approach law and observer are used to realize the speed control of the sliding mode.By establishing the model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the theoretical basis of PMSM is studied deeply,and its cause and inhibition measures are discussed deeply.A new approach law with velocity deviation and switching function is proposed.Through discrete and mathematical derivation,the switching width and approximation time of the structure are obtained,and on this basis,the parameter selection interval in the approach is derived.Based on this structure,a new approach control method is adopted to control the sliding mode speed.
