火电厂分散控制系统性能考核试验及其可靠性

摘要 为了进一步提高火电厂分散控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS)的可靠性,实现对火电厂发电机组的智能化管理,提出了一套行之有效的火电厂DCS可靠性提升方案。首先,结合火电厂DCS组成,从基本性能与功能、调节品质、现场可利用率3个方面入手,研究了火电厂DCS性能考核试验的内容与要求;其次,针对火电厂DCS常见故障,从发现典型故障、分析火电厂DCS故障原因、实施火电厂DCS性能考核3个方面入手,为提升火电厂DCS的可靠性提出了建设性建议。 In order to further improve the reliability of thermal power plant DCS and realize the intelligent management of thermal power plant generator units,an effective distributed control system reliability improvement scheme is proposed.First of all,combined with the composition of DCS in thermal power plant,the content and requirements of DCS performance assessment test in thermal power plant are studied from three aspects of basic performance and function,regulation quality and on-site availability.Secondly,in view of the common faults of thermal power plant DCS,from three aspects of finding typical faults,analyzing the causes of thermal power plant DCS faults,and implementing thermal power plant DCS performance assessment,constructive suggestions are put forward to improve the reliability of thermal power plant DCS.
