本文提出了一种新型烟包智能缓存补烟系统,其被应用于卷接包主机和包装辅机之间,主要功能表现为:当辅机换料或故障停机时,主机可继续生产并将烟包存放于缓存设备中;当主机停机时,存放于缓存设备中的烟包可供给辅机继续生产,从而保证设备运行的连续性,大幅降低停机率。该智能缓存补烟系统的自动化程度高,工作效率高,应用灵活,工作方法简单易行,所需要的人力少,适合工业大规模应用,同时该智能缓存补烟系统基于先进先出的工作原理,可实时追踪烟包。

This paper proposes a new type of cigarette pack intelligent cache and filling system,it is applied between the winding pack host and packaging auxiliary machine,the main function is:when the auxiliary machine refueling or failure shutdown,the host can continue to produce and store the cigarette pack in the cache equipment,when the host shutdown,stored in the cache equipment can supply the auxiliary machine continued production,so as to ensure the continuity of equipment operation,and greatly reduce the shutdown rate.The intelligent cache and smoke replenishment system has a high degree of automation,high work efficiency,flexibleapplication,simple and easy working method,and requires less manpower,which is suitable for large-scale industrial applications.At the same time,the intelligent cache and smoke replenishment system can track real-time cigarette packs based on the working principle of first-in-first first-out.
