摘要
盾构机切削系统对于盾构机的施工效果有着决定性影响,刀盘刀具作为切削系统的重要组成部分,其状态直接影响盾构机的开挖效果,进而影响掘进速度。本文研究了适用于盾构机的不同方式滚刀磨损传感器的检测机理,并测试了磨损传感器的检测性能,总结并提出了适用于盾构机施工过程中的滚刀磨损传感器,为开发盾构机滚刀磨损状态监测系统提供理论和数据支撑,解决了复杂工况下滚刀磨损状态检测难题。
The cutting system of shield tunneling machine has a decisive influence on the construction effect of shield tunneling machine.As an important part of the cutting system,the state of cutter has a direct influence on the excavation effect of shield tunneling machine,and then on the driving speed.In this paper,the detection mechanism of different hob wear sensors suitable for shield tunneling machines is studied,and the detection performance of the wear sensors is tested,and the hob wear sensors suitable for shield tunneling machines in the construction process are summarized and proposed,which provides theoretical and data support for the development of the hob wear state monitoring system of shield tunneling machines and solves the difficult problem of hob wear state detection under complex working conditions.
