Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs@CuF的合成及电催化氧化甲醇的性能研究

摘要 本研究通过原位浸渍法合成了在泡沫金属铜上生长类水滑石Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs纳米片的复合材料(Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs@CuF)。借助X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜手段对催化剂的结构进行表征,并通过线性扫描伏安法、电化学阻抗和计时电流测试等方法研究了含不同镍钛比的催化剂对甲醇的电催化氧化性能以及温度对反应的影响。结果表明,泡沫金属铜表面生长的形貌类似风信子花状的Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs可以改善泡沫金属铜的导电性,降低电催化过程中的电荷转移阻力,提高对甲醇的电催化氧化性能。尤其是当镍钛比为1∶3时表现出最佳的电催化氧化活性,且温度对峰电流有直接影响。计时电流测试表明,Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs@CuF具有一定的稳定性。 In this study,hydrotalcite Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs nanosheet composites were synthesized by in-situ impregnation on copper foam(Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs@CuF).The structure of the catalysts was characterized by X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy.The electrochemical oxidation performance of the catalysts with different Ni/Ti ratios on methanol and the influence of temperature on the reaction were studied by linear sweep voltammetry,electrochemical impedance and timing current measurement.The results show that Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs,whose surface morphology is similar to hyacinth flower shape,can improve the electrical conductivity of copper foam,reduce the charge transfer resistance in the electrocatalytic process,and improve the electrocatalytic oxidation performance of methanol.Especially when the Ni to Ti ratio is 1:3,it shows the best electrocatalytic oxidation activity,and the peak current is directly affected by temperature.The timing current test shows that Ni_(x)Ti-LDHs@CuF has certain stability.
