气相色谱法测定自来水中联苯胺实例研究

摘要 为进一步提升自来水中联苯胺的检测精度,在真实掌握自来水情况的基础上提出合理有效的联苯胺治理方案。本文在对联苯胺特性概述的基础上,对当前国内外检测联苯胺浓度的方法进行对比研究;根据联苯胺的检测需求及其气相色谱的检测原理,确定最佳检测波长、流动相以及色谱柱温度等参数;并基于实例验证了上述参数设置下联苯胺的检测精度,并取得理想结果。 In order to further improve the detection accuracy of benzidine in tap water,a reasonable and effective benzidine treatment plan is proposed based on a true understanding of the tap water situation.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of benzidine,this article compares and studies the current methods for detecting benzidine concentration both domestically and internationally.Based on the detection requirements of benzidine and the detection principle of gas chromatography,the optimal detection wavelength,mobile phase,and column temperature parameters are determined.And based on an example,the detection accuracy of benzidine under the above parameter settings was verified,and ideal results were achieved.
