煤基石脑油催化重整装置原料与产品特性分析

摘要 阐述了煤基石脑油催化重整装置原料和产品特性,煤制油公司催化重整装置是一套新原料与老技术结合,生产高辛烷值汽油调和组分的装置。在重整原料使用上尝试了一条新的路径。煤基石脑油在芳香性、结构、反应机理方面与石油、天然气的特异性,导致煤基石脑油催化重整装置原料与产品在芳潜、杂质、密度、组成方面有许多独特的特点。通过对煤基石脑油催化重整装置原料及产品性质的分析,阐明了煤基石脑油催化重整的特异性,为以后装置改造升级、工艺路线选择及装置设计提供相应的供参考依据。 The characteristics of raw materials and products of coal based naphtha catalytic reforming unit are described.The catalytic reforming unit of Coal to Liquid Company is a unit that combines new raw materials with old technologies to produce high octane gasoline blending components.A new path has been attempted in the use of reforming raw materials.The specificity of coal based naphtha in terms of aromaticity,structure,reaction mechanism and oil and natural gas leads to many unique characteristics of raw materials and products of coal based naphtha catalytic reforming unit in terms of aromaticity,impurities,density and composition.Through the analysis of the properties of raw materials and products of coal based naphtha catalytic reforming unit,the specificity of coal based naphtha catalytic reforming is clarified,which provides a reference basis for future unit upgrading,process route selection and unit design.
