摘要
介绍了中水回用系统反渗透阻垢剂和非氧化性杀菌剂试用过程。通过对现场实际试用数据比较,可以看出试用装置中水反渗透B清洗周期内共计运行27.42 d,在维护保养次数相同的情况下,其运行时间较长,试用药剂投加量低于对比装置药剂投加量,产水量衰减较稳定;试用装置清洗周期也高于对比装置;且清洗药箱中未出现大量泡沫,运行期间被监测膜元件三次称其质量呈下降趋势,表明反渗透膜元件不存在明显结垢现象;同时与对比装置药剂投加量无差异。综上所述,试用品牌反渗透阻垢剂及非氧化性杀菌剂能够满足现场使用要求,试用结果为合格。
The trial process of reverse osmosis scale inhibitor and non oxidizing bactericide in reclaimed water reuse system is introduced.By comparing the actual trial data on site.It can be seen that the water reverse osmosis B cleaning cycle of the trial unit has been running for 27.42 days in total.Under the same maintenance frequency,it takes a long time to run.The dosage of trial reagent is lower than that of contrast device.The decline of water yield is relatively stable.The cleaning cycle of the trial device is also higher than that of the comparison device.And there is no large amount of foam in the cleaning kit.During operation,the weight of the monitored membrane element is weighed down for three times.It shows that reverse osmosis membrane element has no obvious scaling phenomenon.At the same time,there is no difference with the dosage of the contrast device.In summary,the trial brand reverse osmosis scale inhibitor and non oxidizing bactericide can meet the on-site use requirements.The trial result is qualified.
