乙二醇工业空调性能检测装置设计及验证

摘要 为解决传统空调机组效能监测装置效率低、结构复杂以及操作繁琐的问题,在对乙二醇工业空调机组效能测量现状分析的基础上,提出以焓差法为基础理论对空调机组效能监测装置改进的思路,并基于CFD数值模拟仿真最终确定了集气罩的形状及结构参数,最后通过实践验证了集气罩对风速监测的准确性。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,complex structure,and cumbersome operation of traditional air conditioning unit efficiency monitoring devices,based on the analysis of the current situation of ethylene glycol industrial air conditioning unit efficiency measurement,a new idea of improving the air conditioning unit efficiency monitoring device based on enthalpy difference method is proposed.Based on CFD numerical simulation,the shape and structural parameters of the gas collection hood are finally determined.Finally,the accuracy of wind speed monitoring by the gas collection hood was verified through practice.
