摘要
DESMI NSL 200-415/D14离心泵是FPSO机舱海水泵,用于机舱设备冷却器的海水供应[1]。泵的运行状态是否良好直接影响其用户的冷却情况。作为机舱的关键设备,机舱泵工除了日常的巡检外,每周会对泵采集泵的振动频谱进行分析,根据分析结果进行预防性维修。基于此,针对离心泵振动异常及噪音异常故障进行分析诊断,将在线监测与现场维修相结合,不断提高设备的故障分析技术,进而为设备稳定提供技术支持。
The DESMI NSL 200-415/D14 centrifugal pump is an FPSO engine room seawater pump used for seawater supply to engine room equipment coolers.The good operation status of the pump directly affects the cooling condition of its users.As a key equipment in the engine room,the engine room pump workers not only conduct daily inspections,but also analyze the vibration spectrum of the pump collected every week,and carry out preventive maintenance based on the analysis results.Based on this,analysis and diagnosis of abnormal vibration and noise faults in centrifugal pumps are carried out,combining online monitoring with on-site maintenance to continuously improve equipment fault analysis technology and provide technical support for equipment stability.
