摘要
目前,国内许多大型炼油化工企业厂区内存在异味排放严重的问题,由于大型炼化企业生产装置较多、排放节点多,并且排放隐蔽等原因,环保管理部门与环保监测部门对异味溯源的难度较大。本文通过车载走航监测系统对大连石化公司厂内区域进行走航监测,对VOCs浓度异常或有明显异味点位的环境空气开展定点监测分析,掌握定点点位的环境空气特征污染因子;通过现场排查并使用红外热成像仪,结合气象条件,快速地溯源出疑似异味排放的污染源。再通过污染源特征污染因子与定点点位环境空气中的特征污染因子作比对,准确锁定异味来源,从而实现精准监测和整治工作。
At present,there are serious problems of odor emission in the factories of many domestic large-scale refinery and chemical enterprises.Due to the large number of production devices,many discharge nodes,and hidden discharge of large-scale refining and chemical enterprises,it is difficult for environmental protection management departments and environmental monitoring departments to trace the source of odors.In this paper,the vehicle-mounted navigation monitoring system is used to conduct navigation monitoring in the factory area of Dalian Petrochemical Company,and carry out fixed-point monitoring and analysis of ambient air with abnormal VOCs concentration or obvious odor points,and grasp the characteristic pollution factors of ambient air at fixed points.Through on-site inspections and the use of infrared thermal imaging cameras,combined with meteorological conditions,the source of suspected odor emissions can be quickly traced.Then,by comparing the characteristic pollution factors of the pollution source with the characteristic pollution factors in the ambient air at fixed points,the source of the peculiar smell can be accurately identified,so as to realize precise monitoring and remediation work.
