硫化钠沉淀法处理实验室含汞废水

摘要 采用硫化钠与辅助沉淀剂以适当比例加入到实验室含汞废水形成硫化汞沉淀的化学沉淀法,通过正交实验研究了Na2S实际投加量、反应时间、pH、辅助沉淀剂对汞去除效果的影响。实验结果表明,处理实验室含汞废水的最佳工艺条件:pH为9、硫化钠投加量为理论投加量的2倍、辅助沉淀剂为聚丙烯酰胺反应1h情况下,对汞离子去除率最高,达到99.93%。 In this paper,the treatment of mercury-containing wastewater by sulfide precipitation process is studied.The influencing factors such as initial concentration of mercury,pH,dosage of Na2S and precipitation remover in wastewater were studied.The results showed that through orthogonal experiment,the optimum reaction conditions for treating mercury-containing wastewater are pH 9,the dosage of sodium sulfide is twice the theoretical dosage,and the auxiliary precipitant is polyacrylamide reaction for 1 hour.The removal rate of mercury ions by sulfide precipitation method is the highest,reaching 99.93%.
