普外科专科护理质量监测指标在围手术期患者转运交接管理中的应用

The application of nursing quality monitoring indicators in perioperative transfer and handover management of general surgical patients

目的探讨普外科专科护理质量监测指标在围手术期患者转运交接管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2020年9月在江苏省某三级综合医院普外科接受手术的200例患者作为对照组,实施监测半年后2021年4月—2021年6月接受手术的210例患者作为观察组。围绕患者转运、患者交接、护士宣教等关键环节,构建出病区手术交接转运准确率、手术护理交接单文书合格率、围手术期宣教知晓率三项指标作为围手术期患者管理的护理质量评价指标,并将指标细化,运用这3项指标对围手术期患者的护理进行管理,比较专科质量指标实施前后的差异。结果围手术期专科护理监测指标实施半年后,病区手术交接转运准确率由66.0%提升至94.3%(χ^(2)=52.187,P<0.001),手术护理交接单文书合格率由57.5%提高至86.2%(χ^(2)=42.006,P<0.001),围手术期宣教知晓率由64.5%提升至88.6%(χ^(2)=33.343,P<0.001)。结论专科护理监测指标的运用为护理服务质量的提升提供了一个科学有效的测评工具,实施监测后护士能够更规范、更细致地掌握围手术期转运交接中护理的重点环节,保证了患者的安全,在临床护理中值得广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of special nursing quality monitoring indicators in perioperative patient transfer management in general surgery.Methods 200 patients underwent surgery were enrolled from June 2020 to September 2020 as the control group,and a total of 210 patients underwent surgery after six months,nursing quality monitoring indicators,were enrolled from April 2021 to June 2021 as the observation group.Three indicators,namely the accuracy of surgical handover and transfer,qualified rate of surgical nursing handover records and awareness rate of perioperative education,were established as the nursing quality evaluation indicators for the management of perioperative patients.These indicators were refined to applied to monitor the nursing services of perioperative patients and compare each indicator before and after application of special nursing quality monitoring indicators.Results The application of nursing monitoring indicators during perioperative period,the accuracy of surgical handover and transfer increased from 66.0%to 94.3%(χ^(2)=52.187,P<0.001),qualified rate of surgical nursing handover records from 57.5%to 86.2%(χ^(2)=42.006,P<0.001),awareness rate of perioperative education from 64.5%to 88.6%(χ^(2)=33.343,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of special nursing monitoring indicators provides a scientific and effective evaluation tool for the improvement of nursing services quality.The indicators enable nurses to grasp the key aspects of perioperative nursing in a more standardized and detailed manner to better ensure the safety of patients,hence a good application prospect in clinical nursing.
