高压变频器在燕山湖发电公司2号机给水泵组改造上的应用分析

本文结合国家《全国煤电机组改造升级方案的实施》的具体要求,介绍了高压变频器在燕山湖#2机电动给水泵组上的应用,系统分析了电动给水泵变频节能改造的必要性,通过对各改造环节的技术分析和技术整合,给出了电动给水泵变频改造的整体技术方案,并对燕山湖发电公司2号机电动给水泵组变频改造前后运行节能对比情况,对电动给水泵组变频运行调节进行说明,可在发电厂大力推广电动给水泵的变频调节能改造。

Combined with the specific requirements of the National"Implementation of the National Coal Power Unit Transformation and Upgrading Plan:this paper introduces the application of high voltage frequency converter in Yanshan Lake#2 electromecha nical dyn amic feed water pump set,systematically an a lyzes the n ecessity of freque ncy conversion energy-saving transformation of the electric feed water pump,and gives the overall technical scheme of frequency conversion transformation of the electric feed water pump through the technical analysis and integration of each transformation link.The comparison of operation energy saving before and after frequency conversion transformation of Yanshan Lake Power Generation Compan/s No.2 electromechanical dynamic feed water pump group,and the description of electric feed water pump group frequency conversion operation adjustment,can be vigorously promoted in the power plant electric feed water pump frequency conversion adjustment energy transformation.
