摘要
本文结合SINAMICS S120控制系统在磨床伺服驱动系统SIM0TIC611升级改造中的应用,重点介绍了原SIEMENS 840D-PL系统替换为新一代SINUMRINK840D-SL系统,做到了系统换代升级设备利旧的新旧控制系统无缝衔接应用的过程。
Combined with the application of SINAMICS S120 control system in the upgrading of grinding machine servo drive system SIMOTIC 611,this paper focuses on the replacement of the original SIEMENS 840D-PL system with the new gene rati on SINUMRINK 840D-SL system.To achieve the system upgrade equipment to ben efit the old and new control system seamless application process.
