中国共产党民族团结教育的历史回眸与经验启示——基于“背景·问题·使命·培育”的四维分析

摘要 民族团结教育在维系和谐民族关系、构建中华民族共同体的过程中发挥着重要作用。以“背景·问题·使命·培育”的四维分析框架透视中国共产党在革命、建设、改革和新时代等各个历史时期进行民族团结教育的实践历程,从历史演进的横断面可以将中国共产党民族团结教育的历史经验分为根本经验和基本经验,党的领导是根本经验,在此前提下的基本经验主要有坚持政治教育与文化熏染相统一、坚持理论灌输与实践体验相统一、坚持民族认同与国家认同相统一、坚持典型示范与群众参与相统一。 National unity education plays an important role in maintaining harmonious ethnic relations and building a community of the Chinese nation.The paper examines,in the four-dimensional analysis framework involving“background,problem,mission,and cultivation”,the practice course of national unity education for the Chinese Communist Party’s in various historical periods such as revolution,construction,reform,and the new era,and fi nds that the historical experience of national unity education can be divided,from the cross-section of historical evolution,into basic experience and basic experience.The conclusion is drawn like the following:under this premise that the party’s leadership is the fundamental experience,the basic experience mainly insists on the unity of between political education and cultural infl uence,between theoretical inculcation and practical experience,between national identity and national identity,between model demonstration and mass participation.
