地方高等院校建设创业型大学的组织发展路径选择

Organization Development and Path Selection for Constructing Entrepreneurial the University in Local Colleges and Universities

21世纪以来,我国部分地方高等院校效仿西方创业型大学办学理念和发展方式,摸索创业型大学建设之路。但纵观中西方创业型大学的发展,我国地方高等院建设创业型大学存在取向不明、内涵不清、效果不佳现象。从西方成功的创业型大学建设实践来看,我国建设好本土的创业型大学,观念转变是基础,大学组织的实质性转型是关键。基于组织理论,分析创业型大学特有的组织特性,明确创业型大学本土化的组织发展困境,创新创业型大学本土化的组织发展路径。

Since the 21st century,some local colleges and universities have been groping for the road of constructing the entrepreneurial university by following the educational philosophy and development way in western entrepreneurial universities.However,compared with the development of western entrepreneurial universities,Chinese entrepreneurial universities are facing some problems in the development,such as unclear orientation,unclear connotation and poor effect in the construction of entrepreneurial universities in local higher institutions.From the successful practice of entrepreneurial university construction in the West,the construction of local entrepreneurial universities in China should change the concept change from the root,and make substantive transformation in the organization.Based on the organizational theory,this paper analyzes the unique organizational characteristics of entrepreneurial universities,clarifi es the dilemma in the localized organizational development,and puts forward the localized paths of innovating the organizational development for entrepreneurial universities.
