基于OBE理念的高职思政课“三位一体”教学模式创新探赜

摘要 OBE(Outcome Based Education)成果导向教育理念是基于成效的教育,强调以学生为中心、以成果为导向、以持续改进为原则。基于OBE教育理论的高职思政课教学改革要构建以学生为中心的“三位一体”混合教学模式;以成果为导向的“三位一体”综合评价体系;以持续改进为原则的“三位一体”长效机制。坚持创新变革和注重实效相统一,推动课堂从浅层走向深层,促进内涵建设,打造思政金课,提升育人实效。 OBE(outcome based education)results-oriented education concept is based on results,emphasizing student-centered,results-oriented and continuous improvement.The teaching reform of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges based on OBE education theory should build a student-centered“Trinity”mixed teaching mode;result-oriented“Trinity”comprehensive evaluation system;“Trinity”long-term mechanism based on the principle of continuous improvement.It should adhere to the unity of innovation and reform and paying attention to practical results,promote the classroom from shallow to deep,promote the construction of connotation,create ideological and political high-quality courses,and improve the effectiveness of education.
