信息化背景下全面生产保养管理模式在医院大型医疗设备配置和管理中的应用效果研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨信息化背景下全面生产保养(TPM)管理模式在医院大型医疗设备配置和管理中的应用效果。方法:TPM管理模式基于信息化背景利用信息化的大数据技术,通过策划、实施、检查和处理等开展医疗设备配置及质量控制管理。选取医院临床在用的325台大型医疗设备,根据管理模式不同,分别实施常规管理模式(共291台)和信息化背景下TPM管理模式(共325台),其中包含常规管理模式管理的291台和新增加的34台,对比两种管理模式的设备配置及运行质量、管理情况和维修质量的差异。结果:TPM管理模式设备配置率、设备开机率和设备运转率分别为(4.70±0.93)%、(97.96±0.56)%和(89.04±4.67)%,均高于常规管理模式,设备故障率为(1.70±0.23)%,低于常规管理模式,两种管理模式比较差异有统计学意义(t=29.599,t=53.741,t=23.428,t=58.096;P<0.05);TPM管理模式的设备档案完整率、预防维护率、使用规范率和质检合格率分别为(92.13±2.35)%、(93.68±2.49)%、(94.10±1.24)%和(95.24±1.38)%,均高于常规管理模式,两种管理模式比较差异有统计学意义(t=16.982,t=15.274,t=27.280,t=20.117;P<0.05);TPM管理模式的故障维修率、维修响应时长、配件到货周期分别为(89.65±3.09)%、(0.83±0.15)h和(3.91±0.96)d,均低于常规管理模式,维修服务质量评分为(52.16±5.94)分,高于常规管理模式,两种管理模式比较差异有统计学意义(t=17.450,t=38.387,t=44.868,t=41.807;P<0.05)。结论:信息化背景下的TPM管理模式能够改善医院大型医疗设备配置及运行质量,提高设备管理效果和维修质量。 Objective:To explore the application effect of total productive maintenance(TPM)management mode in the allocation and management of large medical equipment in hospitals under informatization background.Methods:TPM management mode was based on the background of information technology,using big data of information technology to carry out medical equipment allocation and quality control management through planning,implementation,inspection and processing.A total of 325 large medical equipment in clinical use of the hospital was selected.According to different management modes,the routine management mode(291 sets)and the TPM management mode under the informatization background(325 sets in total,including 291 sets in the routine management mode and 34 sets newly added)were implemented respectively.The differences in equipment allocation,operation quality,management and maintenance quality of large medical equipment between the two management modes were compared.Results:The equipment allocation rate,equipment start-up rate and equipment operation rate of equipment of TPM mode were(4.70±0.93)%,(97.96±0.56)%and(89.04±4.67)%,respectively,which were higher than those of the routine mode,and equipment failure rate was(1.70±0.23)%,which was lower than that of the routine mode,the difference was statistically significant(t=29.599,t=53.741,t=23.428,t=58.096;P<0.05).The completeness rate of equipment archives,preventive maintenance rate,standardized usage rate and qualification rate of equipment of quality inspection of equipment of TPM mode were(92.13±2.35)%,(93.68±2.49)%,(94.10±1.24)%and(95.24±1.38)%,which were higher than those of routine mode,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.982,t=15.274,t=27.280,t=20.117;P<0.05).The failure repair rate,response time of maintenance and equipment accessories delivery cycle of TPM mode were(89.65±3.09)%,(0.83±0.15)hour and(3.91±0.96)days,which were lower than those of routine mode,and score of maintenance service quality was(52.16±5.94)points,which was higher than that of routine mode,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.450,t=38.387,t=44.868,t=41.807;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TPM management mode under the background of informatization can improve the allocation and operation quality,as well as the management effect and maintenance quality of large medical equipment in hospitals.
