基于双重差分模型分析医疗设备预防性保养效果及使用满意度

Analysis of the effect of preventive maintenance and satisfaction of medical equipment based on the DID model

目的:应用双重差分(DID)模型分析预防性保养对医院医疗设备的维护效果。方法:采用DID模型评估预防性设备保养对医疗设备故障率和使用满意度的影响。选取医院采购的12类316件医疗设备,应用分层随机抽样法将其分为观察组(156件)和对照组(160件),观察组实施预防性设备保养,对照组实施常规设备保养。采用医院自制“设备使用满意度评价表”评估设备使用满意度,比较两组保养实施前1个月和保养实施1个月、3个月、6个月后的故障率,以及使用满意度评分、养护和维修费用。结果:保养实施3个月和6个月时,观察组故障率低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.004,χ^(2)=4.234;P<0.05)。不同时间点两组使用满意度评分比较中时间效应、交互效应和组间效应差异均有统计学意义(F=72.52,F=1582.00,F=413.70;P<0.05);保养实施6个月后两组使用满意度比较中时间作用、交互作用和干预作用差异有统计学意义(F=-14.220,F=22.160,F=37.610;P<0.05),且自实施1个月后呈增加趋势。不同时间点两组养护和维修费用比较的时间效应、交互效应、组间效应差异均有统计学意义(F=14.19,F=2.62,F=4.34;P<0.05)。结论:将预防性设备保养理念应用于医疗设备管理,能有效降低医疗设备故障率和养护成本,提高工作人员的使用满意程度。

Objective:To analyze the maintenance effect of preventive maintenance on hospital medical equipment by applying the difference in differences(DID)model.Methods:The impact of preventive maintenance on the failure rate and use satisfaction of medical equipment was evaluated by using the DID model.316 pieces of medical equipment of 12 categories purchased by the hospital were divided into observation group(156 pieces)and control group(160 pieces)by stratified random sampling.The observation group implemented preventive equipment maintenance,and the control group implemented routine maintenance.The hospital self-made"equipment satisfaction evaluation form"was used to evaluate the satisfaction of equipment use.The failure rates of the two groups one month before implementation and one month,three months,and six months after implementation,as well as the use satisfaction score,maintenance and repair costs were compared between the two groups.Result:At 3 months and 6 months after implementation,the failure rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.004,χ^(2)=4.234;P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the time effect,interaction effect and inter-group effect of using satisfaction scores of the two groups at different time points(F=72.52,F=1582.00,F=413.70;P<0.05).After 6 months of implementation,the difference in use satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(F=-14.220,F=22.160,F=37.610;P<0.05),and there was a trend of increase after 1 month of implementation.There were statistically significant differences in time effects,interaction effects and inter-group effects of comparison of maintenance and repair cost between two groups at different time points(F=14.19,F=2.62,F=4.34;P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the concept of preventive equipment maintenance to medical equipment management can effectively reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of medical equipment,and improve use satisfaction of staff.
