摘要
呼吸机作为生命支持的急救类设备在医疗诊治中起到重要的作用。在呼吸机的日常使用中,其重要部件氧气传感器的重要性及准确性容易被忽视,直接对医疗工作产生安全隐患。通过分析比较当前市场上电化学氧气传感器、超声波氧气传感器和顺磁性氧气传感器3种不同类别氧气传感器的组成结构和工作原理及优缺点后发现,电化学氧气传感器技术成熟,采购成本低,广泛适用于临床,但其使用成本高,超声波氧气传感器和顺磁性氧气传感器采购成本高,但基本免维护,但使用成本低。使用者应结合科室实际情况,选择合适的氧气传感器配置,以提高呼吸机部件的可用性、安全性和精确性。
As an emergency equipment for life support,ventilator plays an important role in daily medical diagnosis and treatment.However,in daily use,the importance and accuracy of oxygen sensors,as an important component,are easily overlooked,which directly poses a safety hazards for medical work.By introducing the performance,advantages and disadvantages of different types of oxygen sensors,the composition structure and working principles of three different types of oxygen sensors on the current market were analyzed,and comparing their respective advantages and disadvantages were compared.It was found that electrochemical oxygen sensor mature in technology,low in procurement costs,and widely used in clinical practice,but its use cost was high,the ultrasonic oxygen sensors and paramagnetic oxygen sensor high in procurement cost,but free of maintenance and low in use cost.Users should select appropriate oxygen sensor configuration based on the actual situation of the department to improve the usability,safety,and accuracy of ventilator components.
