新时代中国特色社会主义已然迈入新的阶段,我国社会主要矛盾发生了新的变化。习近平同志在党的二十大报告中提到,我国要全面推进乡村振兴、全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务还在农村。目前,全面推进乡村振兴成为新发展阶段“三农工作”的重头戏,但国家政策与具体情况存在不完全吻合的情况。在农村“熟人社会”中,长期存在婚丧嫁娶大操大办等现象,有悖于传统淳朴的民风民俗,并加剧了不良风气的滋生。根据乡风文明和文化建设的要求,文章选择吉林省T市D村红白理事会开展调研,重点对该组织参与乡村治理的现实背景、制度环境、治理逻辑等问题进行观察和研究,为全面推进乡村振兴提供现实借鉴。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has entered a new stage,and the contradiction between Chinese socialists has undergone new changes.In this context,the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization has become the focus of the"work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new development stage,but there are some differences between national policies and specific situations.In the rural"acquaintance society",there have long been bad phenomena such as weddings and funerals,which go against the traditional and simple folk customs and aggravate the breeding of bad customs.The Red and White Council of D Village is a very important informal business organization in D village.It has only been established for a few years,but it has made remarkable achievements in controlling rural irregularities.According to the requirements of rural civilization and cultural construction,the Red and White Council of D Village in T City,Jilin Province was selected to carry out research,focusing on the observation and study of the realistic background,institutional environment,governance logic and other issues of the organization's participation in rural governance,so as to provide practical reference for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
