摘要
为解决当前餐巾纸盒使用不便、功能单一等问题,建立当前餐巾纸盒技术系统功能模型,借助因果链分析,确定当前技术系统的冲突区域为盒体对餐巾纸支撑不足和盒体对餐桌吸附力不足;运用技术冲突解决理论、物质-场分析及76个标准解等发明问题解决方法得到当前技术系统的普适解,并结合结构设计理论确定设计方案;对各方案进行合理评价后综合所有可取方案得出便用式多功能餐巾纸盒最终设计方案,并确定该方案下具体结构。
In order to solve problems of inconvenient usage and monotonic function of current napkin tray,a functional model of current napkin tray technology system is established.With the help of causal chain analysis,the conflict area of current technical system is found to be the insufficient support of napkin by the box body and insufficient adsorption force of the box body on dining tables.Using technical conflict resolution theory,matter-field analysis,as well as 76 standard solutions solving invention problems,the universal solution to problems of current technical system is obtained,and design scheme is determined with the help of structural design theory.After reasonable evaluation of each scheme,the final design scheme of convenient multifunctional napkin tray is obtained and the specific structure under the scheme is determined through comprehensive analysis of each useful scheme.
