高触变可控固化材料及其在水平井中心管控水中的研究与应用

摘要 为了实现海上筛管完井在生产水平井的管外分段及中心管控水工艺,针对南海西部某油田,优选了基于铁/镍稀土的高触变可控固化材料,研究了其流变学特征,形成了固化强度高、工艺风险低的化学管外封隔器,以满足筛管完井水平井控水的充填、安全等要求,并开展了失效自膨胀封隔器修复及层内窜流封堵的现场应用,措施后试验井含水降低21%,产油量增加73 m^(3)/d,取得明显控水增油效果,为海上油田水平井控水稳油技术的发展探索了一条新思路。 In order to realize the off pipe segmentation and central water control process of offshore screen completion in production horizontal wells,this paper selects a high thixotropic controllable curing material based on Fe/Ni rare earth for an oil field in the west of the South China Sea,studies its rheological characteristics,and forms a chemical off pipe packer with high curing strength and low process risk,which can meet the flling and safety requirements of screen completion horizontal wells.The field application of repairing the failed self expanding packer and plugging the channeling flow in the formation is carried out.After the measures,the water content of the test well is reduced by 21%,and the oil production is increased by 73 m^(3)/d.The results show that these measures have achieved obvious effect of water control and oil increase,which provides a new thought for the development of water control and oil stabilization technology in horizontal wells in offshore oil fields.
