摘要 为了研制基于傅里叶变换红外光谱技术的多组分气体分析仪,以光学设计软件ZEMAX为基础,对组成傅里叶红外多组分气体分析仪的主要部件,包括迈克耳孙干涉仪和长光程怀特池进行了设计,同时对系统光路也进行了设计,并对其进行了仿真模拟。根据仿真结果研制的设备成功采集到红外光谱,证明光学设计完全可行,可以指导设备的研制工作。 By using the optical design software ZEMAX,the multi-gas analyzer based on Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy is studied and developed.The study has designed main parts of the composition of FTIR multi-gas analyzer,including Michelson interferometer and long optical path white cell,the light path system is also designed and its simulation is carried out.According to the simulation results,the infrared spectrum is collected successfully,which proves that the optical design is feasible and can guide the development of equipment.
