新时代加强和改进高校“网上共青团”工作的对策研究

Countermeasures of Improving"Online Communist Youth League"Work in Universities in New Era

互联网技术的发展运用对当代青年的行为方式、思想观念产生深远影响。高校共青团积极响应习近平总书记关于“在网上发挥正面积极作用”的要求,响应落实《共青团中央改革方案》,构建起引领服务青年成长的内容丰富、融通互联的新媒体工作矩阵平台,获得了青年朋友一定的认可和满意,但是存在智能智慧化水平不高、内容创新不足、人员力量不够等问题。新时代高校共青团要紧跟时代步伐,抢抓发展机遇,通过强思想、拓阵地、优内容、育团队等四大抓手来加强和改进“网上共青团”工作,以更好的团结引领青年、服务广大学生,让“网上共青团”真正变成青年大学生思想导航引领的新高地。

The development and application of Internet technology have exerted a long and deep influence on the behavior and thoughts of contemporary youth.The Communist Youth League of colleges respond actively to General Secretary Xi Jinping's request of"playing a positive role on the Internet"and the implementation of"Central Reform Plan of the Communist Youth League".The New Media Work Matrix Platform,which is rich in content and well connected,has been set up to guide and serve the growth of young people,and has gained certain recognition and satisfaction from them.However,there are some problems in the platform such as low level of intelligence,insufficient content innovation,and insufficient personnel.In the new era,the Communist Youth League in colleges should keep up with the pace of times,seize development opportunities,strengthen and improve the work of"Online Communist Youth League"through four key measures:strengthening ideology,expanding positions,optimizing contents and educating teams.Improving the work of"Online Communist Youth League"can better guide the youth and serve the majority of students,which makes"Online Communist Youth League"become the new highland for guiding young college students.
