中国共产党作风建设的历史经验与现实启示

摘要 加强作风建设是中国共产党人的永恒课题。在革命、建设、改革和新时代各个历史阶段,党都极为重视作风建设,形成了密切联系群众是核心、领导干部带头是关键、坚持思想教育是基础、加强制度建设是根本等一整套作风建设的历史经验。回顾党的作风建设发展历程,总结作风建设的宝贵经验,对推进新时代党的作风建设意义深远。解决当前作风建设难题,应不断从党的作风建设历史经验中汲取智慧,必须坚定不移地将作风建设进行到底,坚持思想建党与制度治党相结合,抓好领导干部这个“关键少数”,始终同人民群众保持血肉联系,从而确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。 Strengthening the construction of style is an eternal task of the Chinese communists.During the revolution,construction,reform and all historical stages of the new era,the Party attaches great importance to the construction of working style,a set of Party style construction experience is formed,such as close contact with the masses is the core,leading cadres is the key,ideological education is the foundation,and strengthening the system construction is the foundation.It is of far-reaching significance to review the development of the CPC's style construction and sum up the historical experience of strengthening the style construction.Facing the new situation and solving new problems,it is necessary to constantly draw wisdom from the historical experience of the Party's style construction,persist in combining ideological construction with party system and party administration,do a good job of the"Key minority"of leading cadres,and always maintain flesh and blood contact with the people,we will unswervingly carry through our work style development to the end,and ensure that the Party will always be a strong core of leadership in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
