摘要
公立医院绩效考核是国家对医院各项能力的综合考核。以吕梁市离石区人民医院为例,探索二级公立医院关键绩效指标评价的绩效管理模式,认为绩效管理是引领医改变革的动力,但应结合二级医院的实际,动态调整相关指标,通过优化计算程序,完善成本效益管理,建立绩效管理系统等,发挥绩效考核的引领作用。
National performance assessment is a comprehensive assessment of hospital abilities by the state.Taking People's Hospital of Lishi District in Lvliang City as an example,this paper explored the performance management mode of key performance indicators evaluation of secondary public hospitals,and believed that performance management is the driving force leading the reform of medical reform.However,it should be combined with the actual situation of secondary hospitals to dynamically adjust relevant indicators,optimize calculation procedures,improve cost-benefit management,and establish a performance management system to give full play to the leading role of performance appraisal.
