乡村振兴战略背景下河南省民办高校服务乡村人才振兴研究

Research on the Revitalization of Rural Talents Served by Private Colleges and Universities in Henan Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略的实现需要一定数量和质量的乡村人力资本,由于农村产业化和现代化水平赶不上城市发展的速度,导致很多乡村人才流向了城市,为了让乡村人才回流到乡村,农村地区需要进一步加强基础设施建设和生态宜居环境建设,民办高校需要进一步明晰自己的办学定位,履行服务地方经济发展的职能,优化专业设置和课程安排,通过培育的方式提升乡村人力资本的质量,真正做到民办高校服务乡村人才振兴,进而为乡村振兴战略的实施提供支持。

The realization of the rural revitalization strategy requires a certain amount and quality of rural human capital.Since the level of rural industrialization and modernization can not keep up with the speed of urban development,resulting in a lot of rural talents flowing to the city.In order to let rural talents return to the countryside,rural areas need to further strengthen infrastructure construction and ecological livable environment construction,and private colleges and universities need to further clarify their own school-running positioning and perform the function of serving local economic development,optimize professional settings and course arrangement,and improve the quality of rural human capital through cultivation,truly serve the revitalization of rural talents,and then provide support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
