Application Dilemma and its Countermeasures of Remote Investigation Interrogation Techniques

人工智能、大数据等技术的应用拓展了刑事诉讼司法实践范围,远程侦查讯问技术应运而生并得到迅速发展。相较于传统讯问技术,远程侦查讯问技术具有规范诉讼活动、及时固定证据和推动案件快速侦破等显著优势。但该技术的应用还面临公安机关间协作配合动力不足、设备及技术发展较慢和证据可采性受到质疑等困境。侦查机关应着力构建协作配合机制,配齐远程讯问设备,引入先进辅助技术,完善程序监督制度,以突破困境、推进远程侦查讯问技术应用。

The application of artificial intelligence and big data has expanded the scope of judicial practice in criminal procedure.Remote investigation interrogation techniques have emerged and developed rapidly.Compared with traditional in-terrogation techniques,remote investigation interrogation techniques have significant advantages such as standardizing liti-gation activities,fixing evidence in time and promoting case detection.However,its application still faces some practical difficulties,such as insufficient cooperation among public security organs,slow development of equipment and technical level,and questioning of evidence admissibility.Cooperation mechanism should be established,remote interrogation equip-ment should be equipped,advanced auxiliary techniques should be introduced,and procedure supervision system should be improved in order to break through the dilemma and promote the application of remote investigation interrogation tech-niques.
