摘要 经费投入与硬件设施不足、高职教师自身能力有限、培训体系完善程度欠佳是人工智能背景下高职双师型教师培养模式创新的困境阻力。国家发展智能职业教育的大势所趋、高职教师队伍质量增强的必然要求、高职院校提升育人效果的创新尝试是人工智能背景下高职双师型教师培养模式创新的必要性。人工智能背景下高职双师型教师培养模式创新路径包括完善人工智能背景下高职双师型教师培养的硬件条件、创新人工智能背景下高职双师型教师培养的培训内容、升级人工智能背景下高职双师型教师培养的评价体系。 Insufficient capital investment and hardware facilities,limited ability of higher vocational teachers,and poor training system are the difficulties and obstacles to the innovation of the dual-qualified teacher training model in higher vocational colleges under the background of artificial intelligence.The general trend of the country's development of intelligent vocational education,the inevitable requirement for the enhancement of the quality of higher vocational teachers,and the innovative attempts of higher vocational colleges to improve the effect of education are the necessity of the innovation of the dual-qualified teacher training model in higher vocational colleges under the background of artificial intelligence.The innovation path of higher vocational double-qualified teachers training mode under the background of artificial intelligence includes improving the hardware conditions for the training of higher vocational double-qualified teachers under the background of artificial intelligence,innovating the training content of higher vocational double-qualified teachers training under the background of artificial intelligence,upgrading artificial intelligence evaluation system for the training of dual-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges.
