浅谈高职类城市轨道交通专业教学改革的创新策略

A Discussion on the Innovative Strategies of Teaching Reform of Urban Rail Transit Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着城市化进程的加快,各大城市面临人口急剧增长及交通拥堵日益严重的问题,故近年来城市轨道交通得到了跨越式发展,同时对该专业人才的需求也在同步提升。依据城市轨道交通职业人才配备标准,高职教育在传统的人才培养标准上,还需进一步提升其综合实力,在教学中落实对应的改革措施。基于此,本文就以高职城市轨道交通专业为研究对象,论述了当前教学中存在的问题,提出了几点教学改革的创新策略,旨在提高高职城市轨道交通专业的教学质量。针对当前城市轨道交通快速发展中出现的人才缺失以及高职院校对于城市轨道交通专业的教学注重书本知识而忽略实践教学的问题提出了一些应对的策略。通过转变教育观念,将教学内容从书本理论向为工作提供帮助转变,通过改变教学模式,将学生以分组的形式进行情景模拟,让学生更好地参与到课堂之中。同时,尽可能增加实训设备和场地,为学生提供良好的实践操作的场所。希望通过这些教学中的改变,能够帮助城市轨道专业培养更多的有用人才。

With the acceleration of urbanization,major cities are facing rapid population growth and increasingly serious traffic congestion.Therefore,urban rail transit has developed by leaps and bounds in recent years.At the same time,the demand for professional talents is also increasing.According to the talent allocation standard of urban rail transit,higher vocational education needs to further improve its comprehensive strength and implement corresponding reform measures in teaching.Based on this,this paper takes the urban rail transit major in higher vocational colleges as the research object,discusses the problems existing in the current teaching,and puts forward some innovative strategies for teaching reform,aiming to improve the teaching quality of urban rail transit major in higher vocational colleges.In view of the current rapid development of urban rail transit,the shortage of talents and the problems that vocational colleges pay attention to book knowledge and ignore practical teaching in the teaching of urban rail transit major,some countermeasures are put forward.By changing the concept of education,the teaching content is changed from book theory to providing help for work,and by changing the teaching mode,students are simulated in groups,so that students can better participate in the classroom.At the same time,higher vocational colleges should try to increase training equipment and venues to provide students with a place for good practice.It is hoped that these changes in teaching will help urban rail majors cultivate more useful talents.
