类型教育视角下省域高等职业教育专业建设与结构优化策略研究——以河南省为例

Research on the Strategies of Specialty Construction and Structure Optimization of Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Type Education--A Case Study of Henan Province

以职业教育作为“类型教育”的特征为逻辑起点和研究视角,聚焦“专业”这一职业院校人才培养的基本单位,探究职业教育类型化背景下高职教育专业建设的应然逻辑与发展路径,并以河南省为例深入剖析省域高等职业教育专业设置与支撑产业现状、存在问题及对策,并在优化专业布局、加强专业建设和统筹专业管理方面提供一些有益的对策和建议,推动省域职业教育专业建设体制机制升级与改革。

Taking the vocational education as the feature of“type education”as the logical starting point and research perspective,focusing on“specialty”as the basic unit of personnel training in vocational colleges,it explores the logic and development path of specialty construction in higher vocational education under the background of vocational education typology.Taking Henan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation,existing problems and countermeasures of setting up and supporting industry of higher vocational education in the province.It also provides some useful countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of professional layout,strengthening professional construction and coordinating professional management,and promotes the upgrading and reform of the system and mechanism of provincial vocational education professional construction.
