黄炎培劳动教育思想的生成逻辑、科学内涵及当代启示

黄炎培是我国职业教育思想的奠基人,劳动教育思想是其职业教育思想的重要组成部分。黄炎培劳动教育思想有其特定的生成逻辑,发轫于教育救国的历史使命,生成于重士轻工的教育实际,凝结于中国近代职业教育的办学实践,吸纳了国外职业教育的先进理论和办学经验。黄炎培劳动教育思想内涵丰富,劳动高尚、劳工圣神是其价值理念,双手万能、手脑并用是其核心要义,知行合一、多方合作是其育人路径。黄炎培劳动教育思想对当代劳动教育有三点启示:发挥学校劳动教育主阵地功效,家校联动夯实劳动教育根基,校社协同凝聚劳动教育支持力。

Huang Yanpei is the founder of China's vocational education thought,and labor education thought is an important part of his vocational education thought.Huang Yanpei's labor education thought has its specific generation logic,originated from the historical mission of saving the country through education,originated from the educational reality of valuing people and light industry,condensed in the school running practice of modern Chinese vocational education,and absorbed the advanced theory and experience of foreign vocational education.Huang Yanpei's thought of labor education is rich in connotation.Noble labor and holy labor are his values.The core of his thought is to use both hands and brains.The unity of knowledge and practice and cooperation in many ways are his paths to education.Huang Yanpei's thought of labor education has three implications for contemporary labor education:give full play to the main position of school labor education,consolidate the foundation of labor education through home-school cooperation,and consolidate the support of labor education through school-community cooperation.
