高职院校学前教育专业教师教学能力提升路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 幼儿教育对社会发展有着难以替代的意义,但就当前高职学前教育的发展现状而言,还存在许多我们不能忽视的问题,其中最重要的就是学前教育专业教师的“教学能力不足”。所以在高职学前教育专业建设与发展中,我们应通过科学而恰当的手段,提升教师的教学能力,为社会培育出更多的幼儿教育人才。本文结合学前教育专业教师应拥有的能力、分析教师教学能力提升困境,提出科学合理的教学能力提升思路。 Preschool education is of irreplaceable significance for social development,but there are still many problems that we can’t ignore in terms of the current development situation of pre-school education in higher vocational colleges,the most important of which is the“insufficient teaching ability”of pre-school teachers.Therefore,in the construction and development of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges,we should improve teachers’teaching ability through scientific and appropriate means to cultivate more preschool education talents for the society.Combined the abilities that preschool education teachers should have,this paper analyzes the difficulties in improving teachers'teaching ability and puts forward scientific and reasonable ideas for improving teaching ability.
