New Ideas of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Based on the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in the New Era

近年来,国家高度注重工匠精神弘扬和传承,其蕴含深刻内涵,包括爱岗敬业的职业态度、精益求精的做事风格以及扎实过硬的专业技能,且与高校思政教育,在教育内容、教育目标和教育方式上,体现出高度契合性。对此,应通过深化教育体系改革、创设优质校园文化、注重师资精神培养、深化高校产教融合等策略,探索高校思政教育新思路。

In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the promotion and inheritance of craftsman spirit,which contains profound connotation,including professional attitude of loving and dedicated work,improving work style and solid and excellent professional skills,and is highly consistent with ideological and political education in colleges and universities in terms of educational content,educational objectives and educational methods.Therefore,we should explore new ideas of ideological and political education in colleges and universities by deepening the reform of education system,creating high-quality campus culture,paying attention to the cultivation of teachers’spirit and deepening the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities.
