民办高职院校作为湖南省发展高等职业教育不可或缺的构成部分,是为省经济社会发展输送高质量劳动者的重要力量。所以,民办高职党支部建设始终是党建工作必不可少的环节,其关乎着民办高职人才培养的根本性问题。现如今,湖南省正处在全面推动特色化高水准专业建设及职业教改的重要阶段,有效推动民办高职党支部“五化”建设,是落实湖南省高职教育事业内涵式及高质量发展的关键政治保障与组织保障。

As an indispensable part of the development of higher vocational education in Hunan Province,private higher vocational colleges are an important force to transport high-quality workers for the economic and social development of the province.Therefore,the construction of the Party branch in private higher vocational colleges is always an essential part of the Party construction work,which is related to the fundamental issue of talent cultivation in private higher vocational colleges.At present,Hunan Province is at an important stage of comprehensively promoting the construction of characteristic and high-level majors and vocational education reform.Effectively promoting the“five modernizations”construction of the Party branch of the private higher vocational colleges is the key political and organizational guarantee for the implementation of the connotation and high-quality development of higher vocational education in Hunan Province.
