摘要
数字经济时代,农村电商实现快速发展,电商市场规模不断扩大,电商发展模式持续创新,网民及网点数量不断增加。但是,现如今农村电商发展还存在部分问题,主要呈现在物流成本较高、部分涉农企业与农民参加农村电商产业发展的积极性较低等,导致农村电商产业链支持度不足,农产品品牌效应缺乏。对此,若想转变以往农村地区电商产业链,加强农村电商发展价值,要完善农村基础设施构建,着重解决物流配送问题;推动涉农企业升级转型,选择科学农村电商模式;构建全新人才培育体系,培育新时期复合型人才。
In the era of digital economy,rural e-commerce has achieved rapid development,the scale of e-commerce market has continued to expand,the development model of e-commerce has continued to innovate,and the number of netizens and outlets has continued to increase.However,there are still some problems in the development of rural ecommerce,mainly in the high cost of logistics and the low enthusiasm of some agriculture-related enterprises and farmers to participate in the development of rural e-commerce industry,etc.,resulting in insufficient support for the rural e-commerce industry chain,agricultural products lack of brand effect.In this regard,if you want to change the previous ecommerce industry chain in rural areas and strengthen the value of rural e-commerce development,it is necessary to improve the construction of rural infrastructure and focus on solving the problem of logistics and distribution;promote the upgrading and transformation of agricultural enterprises,choose a scientific rural e-commerce model;build a new talent cultivation system to cultivate compound talents in the new era.
