POA是指产出导向法理论体系,总体教学流程是驱动、促成、评价。基于POA的大学英语教学,教师需要明确POA产出导向法的课程理论,明确大学英语课程定位和教学目标,基于基本学情,确定基于POA的混合式教学理念,重点突出学生主体、注重需求导向、实施应用驱动、突出个性差异、实施融合教学。根据大学英语听说读写内容,构建线上线下混合式教学模式流程,包括明确教学目标、创设情景驱动、小组合作促成、实施科学评价,提升教学成效。

POA refers to the theoretical system of output-oriented method,and the overall teaching process is driven,facilitated and evaluated.College English teaching based on POA,teachers need to clear POA output guidance method of course theory,clear university English course orientation and teaching objectives,based on the basic learning,determine the hybrid teaching concept based on POA,focus on student subject,pay attention to demand orientation,implement application drive,outstanding personality differences,the implementation of fusion teaching.According to the content of college English listening,speaking,reading and writing,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode process is constructed,including making clear teaching objectives,creating scenario-driven,promoting group cooperation,implementing scientific evaluation,to improve the teaching effectiveness.
