气相色谱质谱法同时测定蔬菜中6种菊酯类农药

Simultaneous determination of 6 pyrethroids in vegetables by GC-MS

建立了Qu EChERS-气相色谱质谱法同时测定蔬菜中丙烯菊酯、氟丙菊酯、七氟菊酯、炔丙菊酯、联苯菊酯和四氟苯菊酯残留的方法。在10.0~300μg·L-1范围内6种拟除虫菊酯农药线性关系良好,方法最低检出浓度均低于0.005mg·kg-1,样品加标回收率为86.4%~104.2%,测试结果相对标准偏差为1.8%~5.3%。本方法操作快速简便、灵敏度高、测试结果准确度和精密度好,可用于蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯农药残留的分析。

A Quechers-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous determination of residuals of acrothrin,flurethrin,sefluorothrin,proviethrin,bifenthrin and tetrafluorothrin in vegetables.The linear relationship between the six pyrethroids was good in the range of 10.0 ~300μg·L-1.The minimum concentrations were all lower than 0.005mg·kg-1.The recoveries were 86.4% ~104.2%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.8%~5.3%.This method is rapid,simple,sensitive,accurate and precisive,and can be used for the analysis of pyrethroid pesticide residues in vegetables.
