装载机轮边减速器齿轮温度场与接触疲劳寿命分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Temperature Field and Contact Fatigue Life of Wheel Edge Reducer Gear in Loader

摘要 装载机在作业时工况恶劣,其驱动桥中的齿轮系统热-机负载较大,其疲劳性能决定了整机可靠性。针对装载机在服役期间轮边减速器齿轮接触疲劳问题,对其进行了有温度场与无温度场两种情况下的疲劳寿命分析。首先建立了齿轮单齿啮合的有限元模型,跟据传热学理论计算了疲劳试验加速加载谱工况下齿轮的热边界条件。随后对其温度场与应力场进行了求解,得到了啮合齿轮在各级载荷下的温度分布与应力分布。最后对齿轮接触疲劳寿命进行了评估并与台架试验结果进行了对比,结果表明:有温度场作用的疲劳寿命更接近实验结果。研究为齿轮系统的优化及抗疲劳设计提供了参考。 The load of the gear system in the drive axle is large,and its fatigue performance determines the reliability of the entire machine.Aiming at the contact fatigue problem of the wheel edge reducer gear of a loader during its service,the fatigue life of the wheel edge reducer with and without temperature field is analyzed.Firstly,the finite element model of single tooth engagement between the solar gear and the planetary gear is established,and the thermal boundary conditions of the gear under accelerated loading spectrum in the fatigue test are calculated according to the theory of heat transfer.Then the temperature field and stress field are solved,the temperature and stress distribution of the meshing gear under different loads are obtained.Finally,the contact fatigue life of gears is evaluated and compared with the test results.The results show that the fatigue life with temperature field is closer to the experimental results.This research provides a reference for the optimization and anti-fatigue design of gear systems.
