Design of a Split Type Quick-maintainable Gate Valve

为改变现有闸阀结构笨重,损坏后维修困难、维修耗时长等一系列问题,设计一种可快速维修型闸阀,通过将上阀杆与螺纹杆进行组合装配在一起,并将阀体与连接座和支架组合装配在一起,实现了在阀板损坏时,只需要对阀板进行更换即可,无需更换螺纹杆。同时,将下阀杆设计成分体式结构,进一步降低阀杆的更换难度,提高密封性。通过有限元对关键零件阀杆进行应力和变形的分析,验证设计可行性。根据GB/T 26480—2011标准通过水压测试仪对产品进行检测,检测结果显示产品性能符合使用要求。

In order to address the problems such as bulky structure,difficult maintenance after damage and long maintenance time,a type of fast maintenance gate valve is designed.The valve body is assembled together with the connecting seat and the bracket,so that when the valve plate is damaged,only the valve plate needs to be replaced,while the screw rod does not need to be replaced.At the same time,the lower stem is designed into a split structure to further reduce the difficulty of stem replacement and improve the sealing.Through the finite element analysis of the stress and deformation of the key parts of the valve stem,the feasibility of the design is verified.According to GB/T 26480—2011 standard,the product is tested by a water pressure tester,the test results show that the product performance meets the use requirements.
