摘要
针对现有的数控机床造型美度评价方法存在主观性、不确定性和随机性等缺点,研究了数控机床美学评价过程,提出一种基于改进CRITIC-TOPSIS和计算美学的数控机床形态评价方法。该方法首先依据数控机床的形态特征和计算美学理论建立美度指标评价体系,然后使用改进的CRITIC法确定各项指标的权重,提高评价结果的客观性和准确性,再采用TOPSIS法计算出数控机床样本的综合评价值并排序。最后,通过现有美度评价方法进行实验对比,验证方法的可行性。结果表明,基于改进CRITIC-TOPSIS和计算美学的评价模型可以较准确地对数控机床形态美度进行客观定量评价,为数控机床形态美度评价提供了一种新的评价方法。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing numerical control machine tool modeling aesthetic evaluation methods such as subjectivity,uncertainty and randomness,the aesthetic evaluation process of numerical control machine tools is studied,and a numerical control machine tool form evaluation method based on improved critic-TopSIS and computational aesthetics is proposed.The method first establishes the aesthetic index evaluation system according to the morphological characteristics of CNC machine tools and the theory of computational aesthetics,uses the improved CRITIC method to determine the weight of each index to improve the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results,and then uses TOPSIS method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of CNC machine tool samples and ranking.Finally,the existing aesthetic evaluation methods are compared to verify the feasibility of the method.The results show that the evaluation model combined with improved critic-TOPSIS and computational aesthetics can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the morphological beauty of CNC machine tools more accurately,which provides a new evaluation method for the morphological beauty of CNC machine tools.
