摘要
针对大厚度碳/碳复合材料预制体缝合装置刺料机构和钩针机构配合较为困难的问题,在研究缝合不同厚度碳布时线环成型规律的基础上,首先对刺料机构与钩针机构在缝合过程中运动规律进行设计与规划,建立机针与钩针配合的数学模型,并利用仿真软件对刺料机构和钩针机构的位移变化规律进行分析,反映双针的运动配合关系。通过缝合实验验证动作规划与理论研究的正确性,结果表明刺料机构和钩针能够正确配合并形成理想的缝合线迹。
In view of the difficulty in matching the barbed mechanism and the crochet mechanism of the suture device of large thickness carbon/carbon composite material preforms,based on the study of the loop forming when suturing carbon clothes with different thickness values,the barbed mechanism and the crochet mechanism are first compared in the sewing process;the movement is designed and planned,the mathematical model of the needle and the crochet needle is established;and the simulation software is used to analyze the displacement of the burr mechanism and the crochet mechanism to reflect the movement cooperation relation of the double needle.The suture experiment verifies the correctness of the action planning and theoretical research,and the results show that the stabbing mechanism and the crochet needle can cooperate correctly and form an ideal suture stitch.
