摘要 21世纪中国铁路轨道交通行业飞速发展,造成专业技术人才的缺口越来越大。实操能力的培养在新工科背景下的实践教学中占据重要地位。实践教学应立足于行业特点和学科优势,将现代化企业多种信息与实践教学进行融合。在轨道交通信号与控制专业实践教学中,构建多元化融合的实践教学体系,有效促进学生动手能力和创作能力。高校毕业生可以很快适应企业的需求和工作环境。 In the 21st century,the rapid development of Chinese railway and rail transportation industry has resulted in an increasing gap of professional and technical personnel.The cultivation of practical ability occupies an important position in practical teaching under the background of new engineering subject.On the basis of industry characteristics and subject advantages,various information of modern enterprises should be integrated with practical teaching.In the practical teaching of rail transit signal and control specialty,a practical teaching system of multiinformation fusion is constructed to effectively promote students'practical ability and creative ability.College graduates can quickly adapt to the needs of enterprises and the working environment.
