摘要 在课程思政背景下,管理学课程将课程思政建设有机融入到课堂教学中,研究结论是紧密结合教学目标,结合中国本土化管理思想和优秀企业案例,采用案例教学、情境教学等多种方式丰富课堂教学内容,提升管理学课堂教学的实用性和引领性,将立德树人与学生的实践能力有机结合,培养学生分析、解决问题的意识和能力,符合学生成长规律的要求。 In the context of curriculum ideology and politics,the construction of curriculum ideology and polities is organically integrated into classroom teaching in Management Science course.The conclusion of the study is that the practicality and leadership of Management Science classroom teaching can be improved by closely combining with the teaching objectives and combining with Chinese localized management ideas and excellent enterprise cases,adopting case teaching and context teaching to enrich classroom teaching contents,which can organically combine moral education with practical ability to cultivates students'awareness and ability to analyze and solve problems,meeting the requirements of students'growth rule.
